Inspired by the American sneaker brand of the 1970s and 1980s, AUTRY combines a vintage, captivating yet timeless aesthetic with Italian creativity, producing sneakers with a premium positioning, distributed in the best luxury boutiques nationally and internationally. The winning market positioning, combined with an attractive aesthetic, has led to incredible brand growth, which, at the Closing date, is distributed approximately in 750 multibrand boutiques and in its proprietary digital channel. The new partnership will support the company's growth by initiating a Retail Expansion Plan.

Founded at the end of 2014, the Company operates the design, reconstructing, manufacturing and distribution of women's luxury denim. The business has been based on the principle of upcycling and reconstructing iconic heritage products (as Levi's jeans) to create co-branded new products for the modern luxury consumer. Through these collaborations, RE/DONE has gained credibility and authenticity in categories such as jeans, jackets, tee shirts and sweatshirts and launched RE/DONE Originals products as well as a full ready to wear collection.
