Roberta Benaglia, graduated magna cum laude in Industrial Engineering at Politecnico of Milan, started her working experience in the Listing Department of Borsa Italiana.
Later she gained twenty years of experience in Private Equity: the first experience in PE is dated 2001, when she joins Onetone Consulting, advisory Company of the Venture Capital Fund Onetone, committed to invest in ICT&Media companies, with strong growth potential.
From 2003 she has worked for DGPA&Co, in the Team that Advised The Absolute Ventures SCA Fund.
Since 2005 she is Founding Partner of STYLE CAPITAL SGR (former DGPA SGR) and she has significantly contributed to the launch and management of DGPA CAPITAL Fund (from 2007), being responsible for all the investment in Fashion e Consumer Brands sectors (responsible for over the 50% of the capital invested by the Fund). In particular, Roberta managed the investments in Twinset, Sundek, Damiani sitting on their boards with executive roles, and Golden Goose with the role of CEO and Chairman.
Since 2016, Roberta has been the CEO and main shareholder of the renewed SGR that promotes the second Fund, STYLE CAPITAL.
To date Roberta covers the role of Chairman at ZIMMERMANN, MSGM's Executive Chairman and President at forte_forte.
Filippo Cavalli joined the team of STYLE CAPITAL in 2017 and currently holds the role of Board Member at ZIMMERMANN, LUISAVIAROMA, MSGM and FORTE_FORTE.
Previously, he covered the position of General Manager at RED Valentino, License Director at Valentino and License and Partnership Director at Ermenegildo Zegna Group.
His previous experiences include Nestlé, Radici Group and McArthur Glen Designer Outlets.
He holds a degree in Administration of International Companies from Bocconi University and he cooperates with the Master in Fashion of SDA Bocconi (MAFED, EMILUX) and with the Fashion Luxury Master of Luiss Business School in Roma and Università Cattolica in Milano (EMLUX).
Francesca Grosso, in STYLE CAPITAL SGR since 2008, graduated magna cum laude at Bocconi University in Milan and started her career at Corporate Finance Division of E. Capital Partners. During the 3-year experience at E. Capital she was involved in M&A, valuations and strategy projects, for both private and public clients.
Francesca later worked for European Commission in the Biotechnology Division and gained in 2008 the licence to practice as a Chattered Accountant.
During the experience in DGPA Capital, Francesca, as investment Manager, handled various investment processes and investments, including Twinset, Damiani and VIC.
Francesca currently holds the role of Board Member at FORTE FORTE and MSGM.
Alberto Giganti graduated with honors in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan. He joined STYLE CAPITAL team in 2020 after having worked as a controller at Twinset Group and lately as a General Manager at Luciano Padovan (shoes manufacturer controlled by Twinset Group) and also in Style Capital's subsidiary Sundek as Co-CEO and CFO.
He previously worked 7 years in Deloitte initially as Auditor in the Financial Services division with main experiences of auditing financial statements and consolidated financial statements in primary Italian Banking Groups and later in Transaction Services division following Financial Due Diligence projects for Private Equity Funds and corporate clients aimed to the acquisition/sale of companies in different industries including in particular fashion, retail, tourism and betting.
Filippo Prini holds an MBA from Columbia Business School (NY) and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration & Finance from Fordham University (NY). He joined Style Capital in September 2022 to be dedicated to the newly created fund Style Capital II. Previously Filippo spent almost a decade 9 years in Strategic Consulting at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) spending 4 years in Milan, 2 in NY and 3 in Paris.
During his tenure at BCG, he was a core member of the leadership team of both Fashion & Luxury and Principal Investors & Private Equity practices.
During his last role at BCG as a Sr. Project Leader, he has led multiple teams across the following topics: Business Plan creation, Digital & Omnichannel boost, Sell & Buy side Commercial Due Diligence, Turnarounds, and Retail expansion & optimization.
Filippo is fluent in English, French, German, and Italian.
Matteo Nulli joined Style Capital in 2019.
He developed experience in Fashion&Luxury business at Intesa Sanpaolo Corporate & Investment Banking as an Analyst within the Retail&Luxury department, in charge of originating and executing M&A delas and structured finance operation for the major luxury companies worldwide.
Before, Matteo worked as a Senior Associate at PwC Deals Advisory where he was a member of Transaction Services team.
He holds a Master degree in Finance at ESADE Business School (Barcelona), Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Brescia with one-year exchange at Trent University of Nottingham.
Alessandra Moffa, in STYLE CAPITAL since 2011, graduated magna cum laude in Business Economics at Bocconi University with a research project for SDA Bocconi that was published for Confindustria. She began her career at Madison Corporate Finance, where she focused on valuation projects, strategy and industry analysis.
Alessandra later worked in the Administration, Control, Corporate Finance and Real Estate Area of SDA Bocconi for management training and applied research activities through conferences and monitors on corporate finance. Her main areas of interest were: Fashion&Luxury, Food&Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, Real Estate and Sport Business. She was also a teaching fellow in finance for over 10 years at Bocconi University.
Linda Cavallini joined Style Capital in September 2022 to be dedicated to the newly created fund Style Capital II.
She developed experience in Corporate Finance at PwC Deals Advisory as a Senior Associate and member of Edge – PwC Deals Graduate Programme for EMEA. As associate to Deals Strategy, Business Restructuring Services and Valuation & Economics Teams, Linda went through the different stages of an M&A transaction.
She is graduated with honors in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.
Federica Murgolo joined Style Capital in December 2022 to be dedicated to the newly created fund Style Capital II.
She developed M&A expertise during her 4 years in Transaction Services at PwC Deals Advisory where she provided Financial Due Diligence services, sell and buy side, working closely with private equity funds and major corporations. Federica took part in several projects in fashion, retail & consumer, industrial manufacturing, TMT and pharma & healthcare industries.
Federica holds a Master degree in Finance at Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. In 2018 she joined a master programe with focus on M&A deal flow at Bayes Business School in London.
Laura Savarino was awarded a degree in Business Administration from the University of Castellanza (LIUC) in 2003. Laura began her career at AIFI (the Italian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association), where from 2003 to 2006 she worked in the tax and legal department.
In 2007, Laura joined Principia SGR, a management company responsible for closed-end venture capital funds, where she handled legal/regulatory and administrative/accounting issues, in addition to corporate affairs; from 2009 to 2015, she was head of the management company's administrations/operations area. She then moved to Opera SGR where she was head of administration, finance and control.
In 2016, she joined the team at STYLE CAPITAL as head of administration and organisation (CFO) and BoD member.
Alessandro Elli holds a degree in Economics of Financial Markets and Intermediaries from Catholic University in Milan. He joined the STYLE CAPITAL team in 2018, where he deals with middle office activities related to the management company and the managed funds, reporting directly to the CFO.
Previously he worked for PwC in the role of Auditor, dealing with statutory audit of primary financial intermediaries..
